Every "unlawful governement" since 1972 has committed treason or Misprision of treason.
Blair is complicit in Misprision of treason and by concealing treason was committed by all Unlawful governments to the present day including the present charlatans it is that the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2002 is void as the parties creating that "act" were actually committing the crime?
The Corporate Councils as a REGISTERED PRIVATE COMPANY are complicit especially The Chief Legal Officers (by professional qualification they would be hard pressed to deny it ).
They S151 Officers ,Chief Legal Officers are statutory officers inserted by parties carrying out criminal acts and apply an "act " created by other parties acting in treason or misprision of treason .
The Declaration of Rights which spawned the Revolution Settlement containing both the Claim and Bill of Right(s) in 1689 states that
“all usurped and foreign power and authority (specifically EU Federal States )may forever be clearly extinguished, and never used or obeyed in this realm
. . . no foreign prince, person, prelate, state, or potentate shall at anytime after the last day of this session of Parliament, use, enjoy or exercise any manner of power, jurisdiction(SUNAK), superiority, authority(that means SUNAK), pre-eminence or privilege within this realm, but that henceforth the same shall be clearly abolished out of this realm, forever.”
Hence the Verbal arrest of TWO STATUTORY OFFICERS today (recorded and witnessed) as concealing Misprision of Treason (minimum) carried out by The Blair cabinet in 2002 also from 1990
...its as simple as that ...now we include the fraud of council tax summonses and the unlawful procedures ( rent courts/undertake phone trials contrary to bill of Rights 1689,
To disobey a statute is an indictable offence further fraud at common law (wrongdoing in tort ,now sue them) by unlawfully imposed and implemented statutory officers is overtly committed

...matters are now that Disclosure of the evidence will happen and Indictments served,
then straight to Crown Court for criminal trial
...I cant name them yet so as not to jeopardise trial proceedings”

Regina v. Brentford Justiges, Ex parte Catlin [1975)
It must however be remembered that before a summons or warrant is issued the information must be laid before a magistrate and he must go through the judicial exercise of deciding whether a summons or warrant ought to be issued or not.
If a magistrate authorises the issue of a summons without having applied his mind to the information he is guilty dereliction of duty and if any particular Justices clerks office a practices goes on of summonses being issued without information being laid before the magistrate at all, then a very serious instance of maladministration arises which should have the attention of the authorities without delay.
