Weather events, I mostly don't take pictures. First of all, I don't know how to take such pictures. Secondly, the region where I shoot is poor for such natural wonders. And thirdly they do not attract me, the same astrophotography is much easier for me to do. Perhaps when I move to more beautiful places and get good equipment I will more often make photos of weather phenomena.

Macrophotography
Well this is just beautiful. I almost always take the opportunity to capture a small, just blooming flower.
And what I noticed is that the old Sony camera (2008) does a better job than most smartphones. However, it is not often possible to get out into nature with the camera, and it discharges quickly...

Timelapses
Mostly I make timelapses of clouds, rarely of cars. There is no special difficulty in it, put the camera on a tripod and wait, wait a long time.
Interesting fact!
At the beginning of each of my stream you have seen a stitching of all my video timelapses for the summer of 2023. 10—11 hours had to stand for the camera to shoot a 5 minute clip for streams.

Astro timelapse
I made my first attempt at timelapse of the night sky with stars in the spring of 2023. Only then it was raining, backlit, and a complete lack of understanding how it works.
First, we'll learn the camera's parameters. Namely the focal length of the lens. In my case, it's 37mm. Now, to find out the maximum allowable shutter speed we use the "600" rule.
600÷37=16.2(sec).
Rounding off we get 16 sec. Now with this interval we should make a frame. In my case, 15 frames per 1 second, which equals 240 seconds or 4 minutes of real time.
And if you count backwards, I sat near the camera at night at 4°C for 3 hours and 36 minutes.

I don't know what this style is, but many people answer that it is "techno-art" or "techno-photography".
This style emphasizes the aesthetics of electronic devices, their design and light.
And I like it. In general, I discovered it by accident, I literally tried to experiment. As a result, I got a beautiful avatar for my telegram channel.

Astrophotography
The marathon is coming to an end and I can't find the words to conclude.
Yes this kind of shooting is sometimes surprising. The ability to capture the night landscape just by knowing some subtleties is mesmerizing. I mean, 90% of my gallery is in this kind of photography.
And as you've noticed, it's easier for me to take a picture than to download from the internet. I described the reasons for this behavior in this post.
I would describe in full the procedure of how it all happens, but I'm too lazy to do that. I don't even know what would motivate me to write a complete guide to astrophotography for dummies.
