Situation 2: US Steel is bought out by an outside entity, PA Steel lays me off due to lack of work, PA Labor and Industry holds my funds (10 weeks now).

Situation 3: Child support immediately links child support wage garnishment the moment I file my claim, then calls me stating I’m in contempt of child support order but will NOT reach out to Labor and Industry board to release the funds needed to support my child.
