Thinking about race…
It’s various shades and colors.
Thinking about paper…
Thinking about ink…
Thinking about creation…
Thinking about life…
Now taking all of that thinking and observing.
“A pastel color is any color that has just enough white mixed into it to look pale and soft while maintaining its colorful personality.”
Greatest part of who I am was always adorned in pastel colors…
Soft colors, with a vibrant fire inside.
Spent a lifetime protecting that part of me with a fake exterior shell…
Greatest moment was watching that part of me manifest before my very eyes.
Children truly are a blessing.
