Same as simple communication… in a conversation, where there is multiple people… one speaks… when finished, figure out who goes next to either ask a question or continue the topic at hand… those not speaking? Listening is a great way to “learn”… speaking over each other is the equivalent to static and white noise on a TV screen… yet white noise is way more relaxing than a bunch of yelping coyotes… arguing rather than growing together…
What I’ve just seen tonight goes to show… even without proper guidance, all people want to do is hear themselves and ridicule or silence others… When a person takes 3mins to explain something and others are saying “get to the point”…
You’re not trying to learn shit, you’re there to keep people from soaring…
