Same as simple communication… in a conversation, where there is multiple people… one speaks… when finished, figure out who goes next to either ask a question or continue the topic at hand… those not speaking? Listening is a great way to “learn”… speaking over each other is the equivalent to static and white noise on a TV screen… yet white noise is way more relaxing than a bunch of yelping coyotes… arguing rather than growing together…
What I’ve just seen tonight goes to show… even without proper guidance, all people want to do is hear themselves and ridicule or silence others… When a person takes 3mins to explain something and others are saying “get to the point”…
You’re not trying to learn shit, you’re there to keep people from soaring…
It’s bad enough ya can’t figure it out on your own, but to ridicule those who are presenting their understanding to lack-there-of, of lack of attempt to self educate makes no sense… it’s a chaotic approach to the “criteria” of “conversing”, and chaos… as we all should know.. is a prime element of hell itself.

However… a Corn Harvest is one where stalks are cut down and the cobs are then dried and stored or canned or creamed etc…
You can also apply high heat to “pop them”…
Makes a great snack…
No juice involved what-so-ever…
BOTH harvests are typically handled between Sept.-Nov (depending on location and seasons)…
I’m more of a beer guy personally but I hardly ever have one…
Grain is a much cleaner harvest.
Now apply this to changing of the guard…
