I don't think folks outside government have any idea how big a deal this is. HHS has the SINGLE LARGEST BUDGET of ANY DEPARTMENT in the ENTIRE federal government. Even more money than the Pentagon. $2 trillion a year now under RFK's top dog accountability.

Because the National Library of Medicine published a study that found SARS-CoV-2 binds more strongly to ACE2 variants in European, South Asian, and African populations than in East Asians and Ashkenazi Jews.
