Trump Knowingly Touted False Count Numbers, Says Judge

Emails allegedly show the former President was aware the numbers were "wrong" but "continued to tout those numbers, both in court and to the public,” according to US District Judge David Carter's statement.

The judge had ordered the disclosure of the email from lawyer John Eastman, but admitted the bulk of emails sought by congressional investigators should not be released due to protections given to attorneys and their clients.
