You could take PayPal to court, but they can effortlessly afford the very best lawyers alive while, by contrast, you are literally penniless. You are now bankrupt, and it is all legal and above board. The system has ruined you financially, there's nothing you can do about it, and all it cost them was the time it took some blue-haired intern to find 10 tweets.
