🇦🇪⚡At the OPEC+ meeting on October 5, the United Arab Emirates is likely to support the cuts in oil production proposed by Saudi Arabia and Russia, despite opposition from the US and other Western powers. It is reported by the Financial Times.

Two sources familiar with the discussion told the FT that the UAE supported the proposal.

The UAE is one of the most influential members of the organization along with Saudi Arabia.

Earlier, we wrote that the United States is extremely concerned about OPEC + plans to significantly reduce oil production.

Britain wants to increase oil production - the "greens" did not appreciate the initiative.

Greenpeace activists disrupted Liz Truss' speech. They started shouting slogans against the resumption of oil production by hydraulic fracturing in Britain.

When you really need oil, but the OPEC countries decided otherwise.
