Biden is obliged to answer the question whether the emergency on the "Northern Streams" was the implementation of the threats voiced by the US president earlier.
This was stated in the Russian Foreign Ministry.
"The statement of intent was backed up by a promise. You have to be responsible for your words. Misunderstanding of what is being said does not absolve from responsibility. Europe must know the truth!"
On February 7, 2022, Joe Biden said that the Nord Stream would be finished if Russia invaded Ukraine.
"If Russia invades, if tanks or troops cross the border of Ukraine again, then there will be no more... Nord Stream-2. We'll get this over with. I promise you, we will be able to do it," the Foreign Ministry recalls Biden's statement.

US officials confirmed Tuesday that the latest package of arms destined for Ukraine, worth $1.1 billion, is in progress and should be completed in the coming days.
This would take Washington’s spend on Kiev’s military to over $15 billion, and will use funds from the Congress-approved Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative that sources weapons from industry, not existing stockpiles.
