Les Nations unies nous avertissent que si nous n'agissons pas immédiatement et continuons à ignorer la situation environnementale, nous connaîtrons des catastrophes sans précédent, de notre vivant.
Les peuples autochtones et les communautés locales jouent un rôle essentiel dans la sauvegarde des terres et forêts du monde.
Le Groupe d'experts intergouvernemental sur l'évolution du climat (GIEC) affirme que le renforcement des droits des autochtones jouera un rôle majeur dans la lutte contre la crise climatique.
Le 16 à 12h30, rassemblons-nous sur le Boulevard de Charlemagne, devant le bâtiment du Berlaymont et rejoignons l'APIB, une référence nationale du mouvement indigène au Brésil, construite à partir de la base.

De VN waarschuwt ons dat indien we niet onmiddellijk handelen en de milieusituatie blijven negeren, we tijdens ons leven te maken zullen krijgen met een ongekende mate van milieurampen.
Inheemse volkeren en locale gemeenschappen spelen een cruciale rol bij het beheer en de bescherming van het land en de wouden van de wereld.
De Intergouvernementele Werkgroep inzake Klimaatverandering (IPCC) van de VN erkent dat het versterken van de rechten van inheemse volkeren een cruciale rol zal spelen in de strijd tegen de klimaatcrisis.
Laten we op de 16e om 12.30 uur samenkomen, op de Boulevard de Charlemagne voor het Berlaymont gebouw, en ons aansluiten bij APIB, een nationale referentie van de inheemse beweging in Brazilië, dat van onderop is ontstaan.
