Причины и особенности блокировки TikTok в России:

TikTok в отличие от других социальных сетей в России не был напрямую заблокирован Роскомнадзором за нарушение российского законодательства. Эта соцсеть самостоятельно приостановила работу в следующей форме – российским пользователям стало недоступно:
- публикация новых видео;
- ведение прямых эфиров, новых трансляций.
Руководство социальной сети приняло такое решение из-за введения нового закона «о фейках» — Федеральный закон от 18.03.2019 N 31-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в статью 15.3 Федерального закона «Об информации, информационных технологиях и о защите информации». Именно за нарушения этого закона руководство TikTok могло бы выплачивать большие штрафы и нести ответственность за публикации пользователей.

Когда снимут ограничения?

Сегодня нельзя точно сказать, когда снимут ограничения TikTok в РФ – в мае или июне 2022 года. Возможно, это произойдет гораздо позже. Это напрямую зависит от политических решений, обстановки в стране и в мире. Будет ли работать TikTok в России, напрямую зависит от нескольких факторов:
- политика российских властей, их позиция по отношению к соцсетям;
- разработка руководством социальной сети инструментов, которые могли бы «отсеивать» публикации, являющиеся фейковыми.
