So one night, a public transport bus with like 15 people is traveling from addis to Jimma 355+ km in the dark and once they hit the gibe forest area, where the vibes are straight horror movie, Shene rebels (ሸኔ) stop the car and force everyone out.

Then they start taxing people. amharas 3000 birr each “for the movement to support the rebels,” oromos 6000 birr “since we share culture,n same blood” and that guy who tried to be smart to survive? They hit him with 9000 birr because he’s “both sides combined.”
