🎈For formal emails it’s recommended to use indirect language or even passive or reported speech for exchanging information.

✔️At the presentation you should keep to the point and be concise.

👍Effecient- performing or functioning in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort (пер. эффективный, действенный)
✔️Mapping allows an efficient and user-friendlier dissemination.

Collate означает сравнивать, сопоставлять
✔️collate with requirements-сопоставлять с требованиями

Остальные глаголы: cooperate, communicate и collaborate- о взаимодействии между людьми

👯Их очень часто путают...Ведь они by и until

👫Разница есть! И вот в чем она заключается:

“By” shows that something will happen AT, ON or BEFORE a specific point of time

✔️I’ll finish it by the release date (=I may finish it earlier).
❗️То есть к определенному моменты действие будет окончено

“Until” shows that something continues UP TO a specific point of time

✔️I’ll be in the office until 5pm (=I won’t leave earlier than 5)
❗️То есть действие будет происходить до определенного момента
