The passing of the tradition started today. Once we got into the woods, I saw a switch flick. Movement and sound brought them both to a dead stop. Eyes scanning, ears perked and listening. The primal instinct exploded as the hushed whispers of "What's that right there?? Was that something moving or the wind??" amongst each other. I just drove and showed them the woods, they took over the rest. The Gods blessed us today. They've blessed me immensely. The ancestors looked down today and smiled proudly on these kids. As did I.
