Steps to Manage Account

1) Know Your Own Risk Appetite

Example: For an account with $500, if you want to risk 10% per signal, that's $50.

2) Calculate Risk >> Lot Size X Stop Loss = Risk

Therefore:
- Larger stop loss means smaller lot size.
- Smaller stop loss means larger lot size.

3) Example:
If the zone is 20 pips, stop loss is 20 pips, and the price hits stop loss.

Step 1:
- Layer 1: 0.05 lots x 40 pips = $20
- Layer 2: 0.05 lots x 30 pips = $15
- Layer 3: 0.05 lots x 20 pips = $10

Total: $45 (less than 10%)

You can also adjust as follows:

Step 2:
- Layer 1: 0.03 lots ( $12 )
- Layer 2: 0.05 lots ( $15 )
- Layer 3: 0.10 lots ( $20 )

Total: $47 (less than 10%)
