Occult Forces (1943)

The film Forces Occultes (Occult Forces) was commissioned in 1942 by the Propaganda Abteilung, a delegation of Germany's propaganda ministry within Occupied France, depicting the dangers of Freemasonry and secret societies. It was directed by a former member of the Grand Orient of France, Paul Riche (aka Jean Mamy) who was executed after the war because of the film. It includes authentic footage of Masonic initiation ceremonies.

The film tells the story of the nationalist politician, Pierre Avenel, who is called to join Freemasonry, Avenel, after much reluctance and, without having much idea of ​​what goes on inside this criminal gang, accepts the request. During the course, he is faced with the corruption, schemes, and political scandals of the time. He later discovers that Freemasons are conspiring with the Jews to encourage France to wage war against Germany.

The German Volkssturm

The Volkssturm or "People's Storm" was a levée en masse national militia established by Nazi Germany during the last months of WW2. It was set up by the Nazi Party on the direct orders of Adolf Hitler himself. It was established on the 25th of September, 1944.

General Yamashita was sentenced to death in a sham trial, where the victors imposed the so called ’’Yamashita-Standard’’ - a standard never since then practiced again.

It served only as a way to avenge the most useless British commander, Arthur Percival. It was a pathetic ’’trial’’ lacking any real arguments. Its only fuel was spite and the bloodthirst of the victor to impose retribution on the vanquished.

The Tokyo Trials were a sham, and the Nurnberg trials didn’t follow any minimal legal order either! This was all merely an act of shameless wrath directed wholly against one single man. It remains a shame for all parties implicit in the killing of arguably the greatest commander of the Second World War.

Freedom of the Press in the Third Reich

German National-Socialists had more freedom of speech and political viewpoint diversity inside academia compared to modern day America. What you see below is the ideological tilt of the papers published in the leading German historical journal the "Historische Zeitschrift" during the Nazi regime (1933-1943). Most articles took a "neutral" stand while about 1/8th of the articles which have taken a political position were critical of the Nazis.
