Health benefits from Avocado Seeds!

Ingredients:
Avocado seeds (1-3) however many works

Instructions:
Boil the seed/s for 5 minutes, take it out and place it on cutting board, the outer skin layer will easily peel off
Cut the seed into quarters
Place it back in the boiling water for 5 more minutes (the water will change to a pinkish purple)
Let it cool and enjoy with a squeeze of lemon or sweetener of your preference
