ICBM is yet another hoax

You can find many articles online about North Korean Nuclear ICBM hoax. Obviously they're used by the United States Govt. as a scare tactics in their Geopolitics with China. But if North Korean ICBMs are hoax then US/ Russian/Chinese or Indian ICBMs are hoax too.
Afterall none of the ICBM was ever launched in recent history.
