Request What is the minimum amount of chips a bingo player needs to bring?

Hey there. I run activities for a nursing home, and we have limited numbers of chips. I have to decide how many chips go in each players bag.

The bingo cards are 5x5, and often our patients will request to play on 2 cards simultaneously, but they only get 1 bag of chips.

While I could give every bag 50 chips to cover every possible combination, I was wondering how many they really need. If it makes the problem easier, we can assume they clear their cards every time someone calls Bingo
