Just to clarify the reason why I'm asking one time vs subscription is that I heard like there's a thing if you buy in-app purchase and then uninstall it after a year you might not get it back

Putting a paid unlock key onto play store is an option too, but as it's a separate app it would require separate closed testing and moderation
