This is very accurate - not the souped up, drugged out definition of what people think the "deep state" is. I consider it the sometimes elected, often selected, and sometimes totally unelected entrenched political creatures who only amass power.

Having read through this brief summary, the most important admonition is for legislatures to seize "plenary" (Absolute) power over control of the things they are required to have it for, such as time, place, and manner of elections.

Election chaos is a decades long manifestation of abandoning responsibility for election maintenance. We didn't get here in one cycle.
