A candidate cannot decry the Trump indictment as unjust and make any legitimate case that he or she should be president instead.
Same as having a stance on the election - if a candidate affirms Trump had it stolen from him, there is no basis for a campaign.
A campaign against Trump, if sincere, must rest on a belief the indictments are just, and the elections fair. No case supports either.
