TIME FOR A 🧵 THREAD!! Last July, i wrote an article about a federal case against a YouTube channel owner who was accused of selling machine guns, by the ATF.

The ATF illegally rewrote the definition of a machine gun & on a ridiculous technicality, charged Matt Hoover of CRS Firearms YouTube channel.

Within that article, i explained at length how the ATF was abusing the legal doctrine called Chevron Deference to assume legal authority it didnt have to rewrite laws, & legal definitions to widen the list of items that were banned/controlled & subject to ATF ‘regulation’.

By regulation, i mean prosecuting & throwing anyone in prison for possessing them or being involved with them like in Matt Hoover’s case.

I also detailed how ATF was illegally rewriting the 1968 Gun Control Act to redefine what the legal definition of a firearm frame or receiver is, to ban items the ATF & the #illegitimate Biden regime sought to outlaw but failed to secure legislation to enact bans on.

It wasn’t enough to just try to put home made firearms makers out of business, the Biden White House & ATF *specifically* went on to further target Polymer80 & Strike Industries by name in an attempt to use abuses of power (plural) to put them out of business.

Polymer80 is most famous for their 80% completed Glock style frames that allow home builders to create their own glock gen 3 style pistols. These were the same frame & kit #illegitimate Joe Biden held up in the Rose Garden, railing about ‘ghost guns’.

Just so you know, its a Federal FELONY to possess what he waived around in the rose garden anywhere in DC. He committed a felony for that photo op.

Shortly after, he signed an executive order on ‘ghost guns’ directing the ATF to illegally rewrite the frame/receiver definition to try to ban/register 80% frames/receivers.

Americans, and the companies the #illegitimate administration & ATF targeted didn’t roll over; they fought back. The first court case slapped the Biden admin & ATF’s illegal actions down.

But i want you to remember: Joe Biden & the ATF tried to use abusive regulations to try to end Polymer80 as a company, denying their lawful products to Americans.

LAST NIGHT, the Federal Court hearing Polymer80 Inc’s lawsuit against the ATF issued a preliminary ruling & its the Death Blow to the ‘ghost gun’ rule.

Polymer80 & Strike Industries have been granted a preliminary Federal Injunction against the ATF & DOJ preventing any enforcement of this rule by them against the plaintiffs, their customers OR their business partners.

The Plaintiffs that Joe Biden railed at from the Rose Garden & tried to put out of business in his attack on so-called Ghost Guns are now UNTOUCHABLE by the DOJ, ATF & Biden admin.

And there’s MORE breaking news: Federal Judge Benitez of the 9th Circuit Court just ruled California’s ‘pistol roster’ ban on most popular self-defense handguns illegal & struck it down, effective immediately.

Judge Benitez is also overseeing the lawsuit against California’s assault weapons ban & magazine ban. He previously ruled it unconstitutional but was reversed by En Banc 9th Circuit review, which was itself thrown out by the US Supreme Court in light of Bruen decision & remanded & it now is back in the hands of Judge Benitez who is expected to AGAIN strike down both the California mag ban & assault weapons ban.
