He reminded us that before the House went back to Democrat control, he & other House Select Panel on Intelligence Committee members sent a *criminal referal* to DOJ for *conspiracy to defraud the FISA court*. Remember that Sen Lindsay Graham used that EXACT phrase several times today in the Senate Judiciary hearing.

He also reminded us they sent a *criminal referral* to DOJ for ‘manipulation of intelligence’ for the inclusion of the Steele dossier into the so-called Intelligence Community Assessment that claimed Russia was working w the Trump campaign.
