Update on the @KariLake case. What I am about to show you is the only document filed on the official court docket in the Lake case today, 12/20. They are very slow in getting things up to speed in my brief experience, but I find this filing very interesting, esp. 2.
Here is the filing. It’s letting the court know they intend to introduce hearsay evidence through two witnesses tomorrow.

An expert witness in the Lake v Hobbs trial just testified that of 48 of the 125 ballots he inspected were rejected because a 19” image was printed on 20” paper which machines were set to read.
He continues that instructions for printing these ballots would reside on the laptop where ballots were created.
