Hobbs states his certification claim is “too little too late” and even if it WERE true the machines weren’t certified properly, there is no way to prove they didn’t malfunction. During this diatribe, they slander Finchem as a conspiracy theorist.

I am not going to continue. What basically happens for the rest of this, including the recusal, is this.

There were no laws requiring her to recuse, so she didn’t.
There was no misconduct because she took actions to threaten people after the election, she was just doing her job.
There was no misconduct when she alerted Twitter to the post because she didn’t ask them to do anything about it, just brought it to their attention.
