The FBI proceedures for performing a FISA Wood's Proceedure review did not require them to verify information given to them by a CHS. This is a violation of FISA Law and allowed them to take Steele's lies at face value and put them in a FISA App, and then Lie to the FISC that they were verified.

This fact is PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT because the FBI was relying Steele's 'verified trustworthiness' and previous track record as a CHS, which it sold to the FISC as impeccable. The reality is numerous sources including one of steele's direct supervisors at MI6 had scathing criticism of him that the FBI received and then hid from the FISA court.

This is a criminal conspiracy of all involved at FBI to defraud the FISA court.
