McConnell: "Our ability to control the primary outcome was quite limited in 2022 because of the support of the former president. Hopefully in the next cycle, we'll have quality candidates everywhere."

This old crow deliberately torpedoed America First candidates, has done nothing to fix our third-world election system, and proudly holds the lowest approval rating in Congress.

Mitch is the dying breath of neoconservative politics.

@realDonaldTrump is the best thing to happen to the Republican party in the modern era.

The FBI and DOJ were running assets inside Twitter to control every narrative. This means they are also obviously running assets inside Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc. and even inside the NYT, WashPost, CNN, and so on. We are living under full-blown fascism where a rogue regime controls nearly all speech and media. No wonder they hate Elon.

Kari Lake, Abe Hamadeh, Mark Finchem Formally Contest Arizona Election Results

Lake, who has refused to concede to Hobbs, argued in the Dec. 9 lawsuit that “hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots infected the election in Maricopa County” and that the number of illegal votes cast in the election “far exceeds the 17,117 vote margin” in the gubernatorial race.

Attorneys for Lake said in the filing that “thousands of Republican voters were disenfranchised” amid problems in connection with “widespread tabulator or printer failures.”

Citing whistleblower and witness testimony, attorneys alleged that Maricopa County officials “violated Arizona chain of custody laws for hundreds of thousands” of mail-in ballots. With no chain of custody, there is “no way to tell whether over 300,000 ballots cast in Maricopa County are legal ballots,” they wrote.

Maricopa County election officials also “permitted the counting of tens of thousands of mail-in and drop box ballots that did not satisfy signature verification requirements,” including allowing “tens of thousands of ballots with signature mismatches.”

THREAD: Mark Finchem v. Adrian Fontes and Katie Hobbs

Mark Finchem has filed a complaint in AZ court, and this thread will represent analysis and reporting on that complaint. They had a hearing yesterday, and below are the results of that hearing.
All three filed lawsuits in AZ attack a different aspect of election irregularity. All three are interesting in their own respects.

Defendants have filed their motions to dismiss. The response to that is coming from Finchem this afternoon. ONWARD!

The opening statement defines what the suit will be about, and it starts by talking about the tabulation issues and the fact that ballots needed to be fed into the tabulator multiple times and wouldn’t read.

Quick and to the point, the second broad statement in the opening statement says that because Hobbs didn’t recuse herself, leading the way to a massive conflict of interest, and for other reasons, the election should be redone in its entirety.

Finchem is going in a different (and more difficult, IMO) direction. He is alleging that the election couldn’t be certified because the machines weren’t certified, because the firm that does the certification wasn’t certified themselves.

All true, but courts are very apt nowadays to say “Pish posh. That’s just a technicality. We can’t throw out an ENTIRE ELECTION OVER THAT!!”

Should they? ABSOLUTELY. But getting a court to actually agree? Hard one. He has the receipts, so let’s go.

Here we begin to outline the misconduct alleged on the part of Katie Hobbs. She was elected in a contested 2020 election, running for Governor while supervising the election, wouldn’t recuse herself despite calls to do so, told her constituency she would fix election issues, and didn’t. Hobbs also used her office to threaten duly elected officials and tried to stop hand recounts. She failed to have “critical infrastructure” properly certified.

In short, she’s a hot cheating mess.

On 11/23, Hobbs’ office emailed the Mojave County Board to tell them that their duty to canvass and certify was “non-discretionary” and then followed up with an email to remind them again and let them know they were poised to take legal action should the county not certify. She threatened the commissioners with a class 6 felony, which is why we saw them say they were certifying “under duress.”

This is where it gets both interesting, and extremely complicated, so I am going to do my best. Moving on to Cochise county. On 11/29 Hobbs’ office preemptively filed a lawsuit against Cochise County to compel them to vote “yes” to certify even though the governing boards belief based on expert opinion, was that the machines weren’t properly certified.

On December 1st, Finchem’s attorney filed a “notice of removal” in the case. A notice of removal is a filing that begins the process of moving a case from state court to federal court. It *should* halt all action in the case. He notified everyone of this move.

Upon learning this, one of Hobbs’ attorneys continued by threatening Finchem’s counsel, and each member of the BOS with sanctions.

Then, Hobbs sent a letter to the AG demanding he take action to “hold them accountable”

Now, the BOS wanted a hand count of the votes to remedy this. Hobbs wouldn’t concede. She demurred to a partial recount. She was arguing it would delay the process too much.

In the time she was going back and forth threatening legal action and the BOS, they could have completed a full count.

Making an appearance again is Katie Hobbs email to CISA and Twitter attempting to censor on social media. If you have been following my feed you know the extent of this, but it makes a more interesting appearance here, because Mark Finchem’s twitter account was suspended a week before the election.
