This from the guy who couldn't even improve the (R) vote share for President in his own district in WI when he was on the ticket as VP.
He must be really bad at reading election results because the early data shows one of the keys is the GOP sucks at turning out blue collar working-class vote w/o Trump on the ticket.
Guy has made an art out of losing & failure to get anything done for the Republican base. Was Speaker for the first 2 yrs of Trump, and spent all the time looking for pee tapes.
