There was a remaining 351k hard 4x4 GOP voters whose votes hadn't been received/counted yet.
Those are the people who vote in every election.
Conservatively, if only 80% of them came out in the remaining 500k Blake and Kari win.
To be clear these 351k voters voted in the primary in August.
This does not include the Independents who were breaking GOP.
