In addition to protecting and storing Mayo Clinic's data,
Google Cloud will collaborate with Mayo Clinic to use AI and other cloud computing technologies to address "challenging healthcare issues".
By utilising Google's cloud technology, Mayo Clinic will continue to have control over who has access to and uses its patient data.
In collaboration with partners, including Google, Mayo Clinic will expressly approve the use of data in projects.
