WASHINGTON, D.C. – America First Legal reaches a victorious settlement in a lawsuit against the Chester County Pennsylvania Board of Elections. The Board has agreed to implement strict ballot drop box security measures in Pennsylvania.

Among other things, the agreement requires all drop boxes to be staffed and have surveillance camera monitoring. Any ballots delivered by third parties (suspected Mules) without authorization will be segregated and a criminal referral may be made to the District Attorney.
