Then we have Collins' corporate masters, NBC News, owned by the Comcast Corp., spreading the complete lie that Russia paid "bounties" for the heads of US soldiers in Afghanistan and that Trump did nothing about it because he's captive to the Kremlin.

And here we have Collins' corporate colleague, Joe Scarborough, joining with Nancy Pelosi to spread the absolutely batshit insane conspiracy theory that Putin controlled Trump through blackmail: even as Trump armed Ukraine and waged war on Nord Stream 2.

There is absolutely no question that the world is now closer to the use of nuclear weapons than at any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis, and yet the lack of concern over this fact in the West -- indeed, a virtual excitement over it -- is very striking, and alarming.

Worse – far worse – not one Democratic Party official in DC is willing to utter anything close to the very sensible remarks from Trump here.

That's because - insanely - calls for diplomacy are cast as weakness, "appeasement," or pro-Kremlin treason.
