The pointless proxy war that Congress is funding is directly contributing to the inflation hitting our troops.

In a case that is unbelievably still ongoing. Overturned not once, but twice.

He attempted to toss the case outright the first time, but the govt appealed (which can happen if the case goes to the jury before being dismissed). The 4th Circuit overruled Trenga on 5 separate motions and reinstated the verdicts.

Went back down to Trenga, and he threw them out again ... granting a new trial. That the govt (of course) appealed again. That's where it stands, waiting on the 4th Circuit to screw Bijan again.

Trenga learned is lesson apparently ... dismiss the charge before jury verdict if you think the govt didn't make their case.
