This is rather significant. The Circuit Court vacated the ruling that the District Court gave saying the J6 committee was lawfully formed....
This could have HUGE repercussions.
All of the people who have been held in contempt used as a defense the unlawful nature of the committee.
The government relied on that ruling to state that the committee was lawfully formed.
