I’m going to speak a little bit more on this to put this comment by Election Wizard in context. My friend @tracybeanz has been asking a question repeatedly for days & it gets to the heart of the matter: *IF* the FBI & DOJ did everything right, followed the law & had a real probable cause, then WHY are they SO AFRAID of a court-appointed Special Master reviewing the warrant, affidavits, the documents taken & the procedures the DOJ & FBI used? IF they did everything right & are the good guys in this, the third-party scrutiny would VINDICATE them; but they are fighting it tooth & nail.
I’m going to answer my friend @tracybeanz question: the FBI & DOJ are fighting the Special Master & the Preliminary Injunction because they KNOW they CANNOT WITHSTAND THE SCRUTINY— they are hiding criminal acts. The warrant & subsequent raid & illegal theft of documents were criminal acts.

First, this is an act of desperation- & vindictiveness- not of strength. They never anticipated a Special Master would be granted & their crimes in this warrant & raid & after the fact would face REAL scrutiny & exposure. Now its staring them in the face.
Second, the mention of 11th circuit makes me think they are again judge shopping like they did w/ the warrant. Will it work? Like my friend @tracybeanz just told me, ‘i doubt it’. I think she’s right. More: they are taking an incredible gamble to try to hide their criminal acts here- because even if they successfully appeal this, Trump will file to SCOTUS who likely DO take the case & then DOJ & FBI #AmericanKGB are in real trouble bc they WILL side with Trump on the merits & it’ll be ugly for them.
Ask yourself: just how really bad is it for DOJ that this gets reviewed, that they are this desperate & gambling this wildly to hide it???

Look, this discussion, these questions are just common sense. I’m not the only one who sees this— literally EVERYONE who is sane, rational, & not a hopeless extreme leftwinger can see this…. Rasmussen is a legit & quality polling firm and a HUGE percent of indies— way over half, & nearly a quarter of Democrats— see this. Its so obscene, blatant and in your face it’s undeniable. The media can’t clean this up. It doesn’t matter what Joe Biden’s paid Liar press Secretary says. It doesn’t move the needle when people hear disgraced, fired, adulterous Liar Peter Strzok or disgraced, fired, Liar Andrew McCabe or James Comey’s errand boy Josh Campbell defend the DOJ & FBI & peddle lies. It has the *opposite* effect of that intended: when the same liars get trotted out to lie about more criminal acts just like the ones they got caught doing & were fired for….people don’t swallow it anymore. No one is buying it. Guilty people acting guilty is so obvious.

If Mueller & Weissmann had ANYTHING AT ALL that was legit, they’d have used it. They didn’t even have enough for a proper frame up so they drug out the investigation with fake info leaks to a complicit media to damage the Trump Presidency as their ‘Plan B’. Thats REAL SEDITION. Not the hyped exaggerated kind like the J6 committee is creating from thin air.
