Yes, @IamCognitivecarbon but these appeals show us a LOT: first, this is an act if desperation- & vindictiveness, not of strength. They never anticipated a Special Master would be granted & their crimes in this warrant & raid & after the fact would face REAL scrutiny & exposure. Now its staring them in the face. Second, the mention of 11th circuit makes me think they are again judge shopping like they did w/ the warrant. Will it work? Like my friend @tracybeanz just told me, ‘i doubt it’. I think she’s right. More: they are taking an incredible gamble to try to hide their criminal acts here- because even if they successfully appeal this, Trump will file to SCOTUS who likely DO take the case & then DOJ & FBI #AmericanKGB are in real trouble bc they WILL side with Trump on the merits & it’ll be ugly for them.

Ask yourself: just really bad is it for DOJ that this gets reviewed that they are this desperate & gambling this wildly to hide it???
