What we need to know about in the CI bureau of the FBI, do they answer to the FBI chain of command, or to the CI chain of command?
Either officially or unofficially.
Do they bypass their chain of command at the FBI and listen to the IC leadership like Brennan et al?

I believe they answer to the shadowy murky world of the Intelligence Community, where even when retired you are still not really 'out'- Hayden is the clearest example of that. They are pulling the levers and strings, and the FBI Director is a part of THAT world, not the Law Enforcement world.

The Left better pray they don't trigger a Civil War. Because the reciprocity on acts like trying to murder MTG is going to be a price so high its scary.
