CTCL use of funds
NGOs who funded the Mules
NGOs who are funding the illegal immigration surge

Hilary Foundation money

Basically, he is saying they won't stop until we stand up.
Think Cold War. What was used to keep the sides in check. MAD.
You don't respond to these kinds of attacks and politicization of the legal process with letters.
