BREAKING — America First Legal files demands with EEOC, asking agency to open a civil rights investigation into DICK’S Sporting Goods for violating federal law following Supreme Court’s abortion decision.
• AFL contends DICK’S paid travel for abortions violates the law by discriminating on the basis of childbirth.
• ALF asserts that under the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, DICK’S must provide an equivalent paid benefit to a mother who gives birth.
