Twitter’s general counsel (James Baker of FBI infamy?) is pretty damn foolish if he really thinks so- they are in breach of Fiduciary duty to shareholders AND have now been caught lying in SEC filings. They’re legal problems are just beginning. They SHOULD have just been honest with Musk & took the deal in good faith. Protecting the propaganda & censorship mission of Twitter is going to result in Twitter becoming the next MySpace. But that begs the question: is the Lefts control of twitter for propaganda purposes SO IMPORTANT that former NSA & FBI official James Baker was installed at twitter to protect that propaganda & censorship front *at all costs* …..????? ⬇️
