For those of you following the case of Joshua Adam Schulte, the man accused of leaking the Vault7 info to Wikileaks -

The case is on its second go round in front of a jury. They couldn’t make a decision the first go round. This time, Schulte is defending himself- and by the looks of this order, the government is stepping in it.

They’ve skirted around norms for this entire case and now it seems like they’ve introduced an entirely new strategy using “classified” information, and the judge isn’t having it. This case is really something. I’m not finished reading through it just yet from the first trial but I’ve been following at Inner City Press on twitter as the live tweet this.
