This document represents a rat study they did. I want you to pay special attention to the language. They aren’t studying Carcinogenicity or Genotoxicity because the WHO says you don’t have to do that when you are studying a VACCINE. The problem is, this isn’t a vaccine. It’s a novel gene therapy. They knew this. By skirting these requirements and the changes in the definition of “vaccine” they were able to avoid the types of studies they would normally have had to complete.
