Supreme Court draft opinion to overturn Roe v Wade -

Politico obtained this draft opinion by Justice Alito (which will be allegedly joined by Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Coney Barrett) - which states "We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled."

No doubt a leak by the left in the Supreme Court (perhaps a clerk) - a desperate effort to influence the decision and preserve Roe.

Thank the Lord that so many states passed laws anticipating this. Because NARAL et al were poised to begin a full court press in the states.

Its going to get worse: SCOTUS will not only strike down Roe v Wade but they’re going to strike down NY’s unconstitutional ban on concealed carry by ordinary citizens. Those two decisions wont be released til the day before SCOTUS goes on break & it’ll trigger the Left to both riot & attempt court packing.

The leak is nothing short of an attempt to foment violence & use the threat of violence to change the court’s decision. This is Terrorism, the textbook definition of Terrorism.

‘Pack the Court’ will be the Left’s impetus to cheat to steal midterms, because not enough has been done to stop Election Theft & clean up what happened in 2020.
