Your gender, skin color or sexual preference or any other social justice excuse should not EVER determine if you get accepted to a good school, are chosen as the candidate to hire for a job, etc.
Want to know how I know I’m right? Think about watching your son or daughter work their whole life & put everything they have into being the best at something, & being the most qualified for that dream job, & losing out to a lesser qualified affirmative action candidate. It happens every day in America.

And there’s a flipside to this too that really IS racist & sexist: the notion that minorities & women cannot get into schools & get good jobs on their own based on their qualifications & merit, that idea, is what Affirmative Action & Social Justice is built on at their core.
