They're trying to keep privileged documents and communications related to its work for Perkins Coie.

It won't work.

Special Counsel Durham is fighting to obtain purported "attorney-client privileged" documents/emails relating to Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS, the DNC, the Hillary Campaign, and Rodney Joffe.

Joffe now maintains that Fusion GPS was used to assist with "legal advice."

Lorenz also wrote to Desantis’ press secretary letting her know they were “exposing” the person behind the account and asking for comment.
