Thats a lie based entirely on technicalities . The reality is there are US funded & operated BW labs in the Ukraine.

In the defense & intelligence circles where I have friends, there have long been rumors, but strong rumors, that the United States through NGOs and subcontractors has had an offensive biological warfare program for decades, in violation of Chemical & Biological Weapons ban treaty.

This is the Military Industrial Complex. There is no distinct line between government & private sector military contractor anymore. The two have merged. Its why & how the US Government can lie on a technicality about not having labs in Ukraine, when the reality is that the US controls those labs & they are nefarious.
