This article states that Eastmans, who is a Constitutional lawyer, legal argument was illegal..which is strange because that is what courts usually decide. Not the press.
And the argument was not to overturn. The argument was to delay and send back to the Legislatures for more investigation which several had asked for anyway..
If it was illegal to do that, why is the Uniparty so determined to change the Electoral Count Act?
